Our listing agreement spells out in detail our 3-tier commission program.  The contract is set at 5% of the total sale price of your property, with a co-op 3% of that amount to other Brokers and agents in the Multiple Listing Service.

However, if one of our in-house agents, other than the listing agent, sells your property, we automatically reduce the commission from 5% to 4% of the total sale price of your property.

To save you even more, if the listing agent also sells your property, again we reduce the commission from 5% to 3% of the total sale price.  In today's market,
